M3GAN 2.0: The sequel announced with a release date

The sequel to M3gan produced by James Wan (Conjuring) has been made official with an official title and release date.

Indeed, faced with the small success of M3gan, Blumhouse et Atomic Monster formalize the start of a sequel entitled M3GAN 2.0 and whose release date is set for January 17, 2025 in US theaters.

Written by Akela Cooper and produced by James WanM3GAN 2.0 will see the return ofAllison Williams et Violet McGraw.

At the end of the original film, the murderous doll is destroyed. However, it wouldn’t be surprising if M3gan found a way to stay “alive” by uploading itself to the Internet in order to find another doll to “inhabit”.
